How can i copy link to uploaded file

After uploading file how can i copy full link to it?
I need to insert that link in material.
It is annoying to manual typing whole address to it.

eXtplorer is a file manager, it doesn't know which files are exposed on which website.

what does mean "which files on which website"?
i have to upload pdf documents on MY OWN site, then i need to create material on my site with links to this pdf.
So i don't find option to easily copy link to recently uploaded files in extplorer.
It don't have to be the full link with domain name, just path of folders and filename.
