eXtplorer - PHP-based File Manager

Hi,

Is there any way we can make .yml files editable like .PHP files? So when users double click it opens an editor syntax-highlighting the .yml file for the user to edit and save? It would be really useful for users at https://datasn.io where they can manipulate data sets by instructions provided in .yml files.
