Right side tree does not show Hebrew characters

Description

On the left side hebrew characters are displayed correctly.
On the right side they are not (it is cp1251 which is not hebrew friendly, I guess it should be utf-8)

So I cannot look at file names on my files Pane.

Sorry this was embeded in omv so it had panes.

Update - please add support for hebrew chars (utf-8 is good)
