Redmine Unterstützung #192 (Neu): Watchful.li - Malware Scan Returning Error On 2 eXtplorer fileshttp://extplorer.net/issues/1922015-09-06T19:10:15ZYaani-Mai Gaddyyaanimai@gmail.com

Hi I am using Watchful.li to monotor several Joomla 1.5, 2.5 & 3.4 websites.

It has a Malware scan where (described as "detects malware signatures, deep level scan that detects malware signatures in the file system of the website")

After teh Malware scan it returns 2 "Files to check" with the following info

Path: /administrator/components/com_extplorer/index.php
Pattern: header( 'Location: http://'.$_SERVER['HTTP_HOST'])
Reason: Possible PHP injection (redirect)

Path: /administrator/components/com_extplorer/libraries/HTTP/WebDAV/Server/Filesystem.php
Pattern: popen("file -i '$fspath' 2>/dev/null", "r")
Reason: Possible PHP Injection (Unix command)

Can you please let me know if code in these files are secure & the Watchful.li Malware Scan is just being over cautious.

I am using extplorer version 2.1.7

Thank you for taking a look at this!
Unterstützung #25 (Neu): Login Screen not Loadinghttp://extplorer.net/issues/252011-07-20T17:47:33Za r

I attempted a New install of eXtplorer_2.1.0RC3 to a newly created folder under my
-First I created a folder/directory called "fm" under /public_html/domain/
-Second I changed the permissions of the directory "fm" to 777
-Third I FTP'd all the files to "fm".
-Forth I made sure that the permissions for public_html/domain/fm/ftp_tmp was set to 777
-Fifth I set permissions for public_html/domain/fm/config/.htusers.php to 666

After the above was done I attempted to navigate to the login screen by going to the following urls:
www.domain.us/fm I also tried www.domain.us/fm/index.pdp

I cannot seem to get the login screen to come up. (****I did got it to come up once, but it seemed that it got hung, so I went to the process manager and killed all processes
The only processes showing up under the process manager were "pure-ftpd (IDLE)", and I am not sure if they are related to you or to the FTP clients that I was using to upload the files.

I also attempted a second installation to a newly created directory, and still no luck.

Thanks for your help with this.
Unterstützung #13 (Neu): Initial Loginhttp://extplorer.net/issues/132011-05-26T16:51:17ZAlex Ackermaniamack@gmail.com

Hello,

I have installed eXtplorer via apt in Ubuntu 11.04. For the most part, the directory permissions looked to be correct; however, I had to change the directory's owner/group to my systems' web server user. The issue that I am having now is that the username and password combination of admin:admin is not letting me into the system. Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Alex
