eXtplorer - PHP-based File Manager

I have used eXtplorer for many years successfully. Recently, it stopped loading, so I uninstalled and reinstalled it on a 2.5.11 site.

The install, via the /tmp/ method returns this error:

When I try to launch the component, I get this error:

You should know that before reinstall, I checked to see that the component was completely uninstalled.
