Flash Upload Problem

Description

The flash upload feature does not seem to work as it should. The uploader identifies files, seems to spend time uploading them, but at the end of the process no files are saved. This is a serious flaw in a file server. I wonder how it can be fixed.

Not only that, but it is causing an IP Block of the site for the person flashloading a folder.
