404 Error when trying to load eXtplorer

Description

I have Joomla 3.2.1 installed. I have the latest eXtplorer also install. Each time I try to run the eXtplorer component, I get a 404 Component not found error. I have uninstalled, reinstalled and even tried older versions, but still the same issue.

Can you please point me in the right direction.
