error moving or copying files and folder

Hi, if I try to move or copy a folder I get the error

/raid0/data: The target directory doesn\'t exist.

but the directory exists.

is there anything I can do or check?

Does the PHP process have permissions to access that directory?

httpd with php are running as root, folders have 777 permissions...but still the same error
