eXtplorer - PHP-based File Manager

I installed eXtplorer (2.1.3) in my local server under Windows and apache, and extplorer works fine.
But I've installed in my Linux/Apache server and I can't delete o rename any unique file.
I mean: if I select a file (just one file) the button for deleting o renaming is useless, I can't press them. But If I select two or more files I can press the button and delete them.
Of course I can not rename them.
It's not a problema of permnissions: I can edit, save, upload.. files. Permissions are OK.
In FTP mode I can select and delete one file and of course rename it. There isn't any problem with permissions.
Where is the bug? Where is the fix?

But I have a very large site and I can't use FTP mode, the scripts consume all the time (more tan 45 sec) and system kill it.
I use versión 2.1.3 as standalone.
