eXtplorer showing incorrect Joomla directory with Apache VirtualHost Alias

Description

In init.php, eXtplorer uses the $_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT'] valuse to set the home_dir. When one has Joomla in an Alias directory of a VirtualHost, this leads to eXtplorer access the wrong (as in not the Joomla) directory. Changing to use the JPATH_ROOT value cures this.

Actually many people want to use eXtplorer in the Apache root directory. If you want to restrict this, you should configure a different per-user/-vhost Diretory Access in Apache.
