Joomla 3.0 error - Undefined JComponentTitle

Description

New install in Joomla 3.0.2 - two issues

1) Installer does not set Component Title property in database.
Error - "Undefined property JAdministrator::$JComponentTitle"

2) Windows for displaying file are out of the flow, covering the error-reporting area.
Component's CSS needs to not be positioned absolute - allow error display to push windows down. Attempts to drag top edge of windows does not open up error area - resizes area above.
