Confuse Drag and Drop Features. Help!!!

Good evening all.
I just wondering for the feature Drag and Drop function.
What actually the function can do.
I try copy/drag from desktop to extPlorer. The files
can upload into extPlorer. I first time use this extPlorer.
Can anyone explain to me T_T

Hi,
the Drag&Drop feature allows you to move files or directories anywhere inside the directory tree of your file system.
Another place where you can drag&drop from Explorer is the upload form.
