Ajax Communication Failure on viewing image

Hi guys, I have installed the latest version of ExtPlorer and all seems to be working as expected except for the fact that when I want to view an image (jpg) it gives me an Ajax error - Ajax communication failure. Please see attached image

I am hosting this on a shared hosting platform and I am able to upload, download etc. Just not viewing.

Please help, thank you

This error is fixed in the latest version.
